CANVA: $3 billion-in-revenue Canva is now the most valuable company founded by a woman. It also just launched its biggest update in years, dropping helpful new AI features that generate text and slides, plus Canva’s take on spreadsheets and Canva Code. This is worth checking out.

BILLIONAIRES: Taylor Swift isn’t the world’s youngest woman billionaire anymore, it’s Lucy Guo, the 30-year-old cofounder of Scale Al. She cofounded Scale Al in 2016 when she was 21 but Lucy left the company after a founder dispute, keeping about 5% ownership. Now, Scale Al is closing a tender offer that lets early employees and investors sell shares. Sources say the deal values the company at $25 billion, and Lucy’s stake at $1.2 billion.

CHILLHOUSE: Chillhouse launched Foreverwear, a new two step nail polish that sets like gel.

REVOLVE LAWSUIT: Revolve faces $50-million lawsuit alleging influencers hid paid brand partnerships, deceiving customers.

BOY SMELLS REBRAND: Boy Smells launched a huge rebrand and it’s not landing with their customers. On X, Daisy Alioto, co-founder of cultural publication Dirt, called the new look “the Temufication of an already Targetified indie brand,” and that just about summarizes what the internet thinks about it all.
